About the role
The Controller I acts as the strategic financial leader for the property, developing and implementing finance and accounting strategies that support brand objectives and deliver strong financial results.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, market trends and forecast sales versus expenses to create annual budgets and improve profitability.
- Lead accounting teams, ensuring strong internal controls, accurate P&L reporting and compliance with audit requirements.
- Manage tax compliance, internal and external audit processes, and ensure adherence to SOPs and local regulations.
- Support owners and senior management by providing clear financial insights, attending stakeholder meetings and advising on ROI expectations.
Required profile
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (or a master’s degree with no experience required).
- At least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting or a related professional area.
