Cook III

About the role

We are seeking a Cook III to join our Food & Beverage team in Doha. The successful candidate will prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, washing, and peeling fresh produce.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
• Cook food using ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Prepare cold foods and ensure proper presentation and portioning.
• Test and monitor food for proper cooking and quality throughout preparation.
• Set up and break down work stations, serve food, and maintain a clean, disinfected kitchen environment.
• Check and verify appliance and food temperatures.
• Follow all company safety, security, and food‑handling policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related culinary experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Food preparation techniques (portioning, chopping, washing, peeling).
• Operation of kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Food safety and hygiene practices.
