Corporate & Commercial Lawyer – Doha, Qatar

About the role

EY Law is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join its Doha practice. You will advise high‑profile clients on cross‑border commercial and corporate matters, providing day‑to‑day legal guidance while contributing to the growth of a new legal brand in the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of technically complex law projects, ensuring high‑quality client service.
• Build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
• Identify and manage leads and opportunities across EY’s global network.
• Contribute to practice development through internal training, precedent creation, knowledge sharing, and publishing expert articles.
• Participate in team and firm events, and deliver presentations to clients and colleagues.

Required profile

• Experience in established law firms within the MENA region.
• Strong understanding of MENA legal systems and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and commercial awareness.
• Creative and pragmatic problem‑solving abilities.
• Enthusiastic, flexible approach with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to evolving laws and regulations.
