Corporate Governance and Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Corporate Governance and Compliance Analyst will support the development, maintenance and monitoring of governance frameworks and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating the Governance Manual, policies, procedures and corporate documentation.
• Document decisions, resolutions and meeting outcomes with accuracy and maintain governance tracking tools.
• Support the Hiring Department with governance guidance, ethical standards and preparation of executive‑level reports.
• Conduct compliance assessments, document findings and coordinate follow‑up actions with the Legal department.
• Monitor implementation of compliance programs, perform quality‑assurance reviews and stay updated on regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance, with strong legal documentation and policy development background.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and demonstrate strong ethical judgment.
