About the role
We’re hiring a Cost Controller for our restaurant operations. The role requires 4–7 years of experience in the restaurant or food‑and‑beverage industry and focuses on monitoring costs, supporting menu pricing, and collaborating with multiple teams.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor food and beverage costs and investigate variances.
- Maintain recipe costing and support menu pricing decisions.
- Review inventory counts, stock movements, wastage, and transfers.
- Check purchasing costs and supplier prices.
- Prepare regular cost reports with practical recommendations to improve margins.
- Work closely with operations, kitchen, purchasing, and finance teams.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of relevant restaurant or F&B cost control experience.
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
