Country Manager – Engineer (Commission‑Only)

About the role

TURALI GROUP, a multinational manufacturer and exporter of hydraulic, pneumatic, metal, and industrial equipment, is seeking a proactive Country Manager – Engineer to lead its sales activities in Qatar. This commission‑only position focuses on building a robust sales network and representing the company’s diverse product portfolio in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the sales network for TURALI GROUP’s products across Qatar.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales and activity reports.
• Identify, recruit, and manage local distributors to increase market penetration.

Required profile

• Previous experience in any of TURALI GROUP’s business sectors or similar industrial sales environments.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to act as the company’s representative and build relationships with key stakeholders in Qatar.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication.
