Customer Service Agent (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

Doha Contact Centre is hiring motivated, customer‑oriented individuals to join a 5‑star team. As a Customer Services Agent you will deliver exceptional support to German, Spanish, Italian and English speaking Qatar Airways customers across phone, email and web chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond professionally to inbound calls and queries in multiple languages.
• Sell, up‑sell and cross‑sell Qatar Airways products and services.
• Create new reservations, modify existing bookings and issue tickets using the Amadeus system.
• Provide fare quotes, handle ticket refunds and support e‑commerce, trade and frequent‑flyer programmes.

Required profile

• High school qualification with at least one year of customer‑service experience.
• Fluent in English and one of German, Spanish or Italian.
• Excellent communication, active listening and ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Amadeus Global Distribution System.
• Computer literacy and good typing speed.
