Director of Marketing and Communications

About the role

As the Director of Marketing and Communications for our hotel brand, you will shape how guests experience our hospitality through compelling storytelling, strategic communications and impactful marketing. You will lead the creation and execution of integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, drive demand and strengthen connections with communities, partners and travellers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead campaigns that increase visibility, enhance guest experience and contribute to business performance.
• Oversee marketing plans, campaigns and communications calendars using performance insights, market trends and audience data.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations and regional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with pricing, distribution and promotional strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, tourism organisations, community partners, agencies, influencers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and guest insights to refine strategies and improve competitive position.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing marketing and communications team, fostering a collaborative and creative culture.
