Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and social‑first Social Media Manager to lead the organic social media presence of Snoonu and Snoonu City. You will own strategy, content development, organic growth, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and X.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies for both brands, balancing storytelling, entertainment, and business priorities.
• Drive organic reach, video views, engagement, and follower growth while benchmarking against competitors.
• Maintain a balance between planned content and reactive, trend‑driven opportunities.
• Develop engagement frameworks that turn followers into active community members and brand advocates.
• Define KPIs, analyze performance, and produce monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Lead and develop the social media team, set objectives, and collaborate with influencer, PR, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Content, or Content Strategy.
• Proven track record of growing consumer‑facing social media accounts organically.
• Experience managing and developing social media teams.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and X algorithms and audience behavior.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar and GCC social media culture and trends.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Experience with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
