About the role
Join the Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail team as a DJ, creating vibrant musical atmospheres that enhance guest experiences across the hotel’s venues and events.
Key responsibilities
- Select and play music that matches the mood, concept, and style of each venue or event.
- Set up, operate, and maintain DJ equipment, sound systems, microphones, and related audio gear.
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Events, and Banquets teams to align music with event schedules.
- Adapt music selections in real‑time to audience preferences, cultural considerations, and hotel standards.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to read the room and adjust entertainment accordingly.
Required skills
- Proficiency with DJ equipment and sound‑system operation.
- Music library and playlist management.
- Understanding of hotel brand standards and local sound‑level regulations.
