DWH Operations & Support Consultant

About the role
This full-time, rotational-shift position keeps the data warehouse running every day, handles production incidents and acts as the main contact for the client on service status and issues. It is based in Qatar and requires 7+ years of experience.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor workflows, data loads and file arrivals
- Fix failures and recover jobs quickly
- Lead client calls during incidents
- Share status updates and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports
- Support releases and maintenance
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
- Strong communication skills
- Open to shift and on-call support
Required skills
- Informatica PowerCenter (ETL tool)
- Teradata (database)
- Data Warehouse (DWH) and ETL pipelines
- Telecom domain experience
- Nice to have: Unix/Linux and shell scripting, MFT, SAP BusinessObjects and Qlik Sense
