ERP Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Lead to define and execute the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of a large‑scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This role will drive digital transformation, AI enablement, and enterprise‑wide ERP excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute ERP strategy, roadmap, governance framework, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead ERP operations across Finance, Procurement, Budgeting, Human Capital, Payroll, Reporting, and Workflow solutions.
• Oversee implementations, upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and application lifecycle management.
• Drive business process improvement and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage ERP budgets, vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
• Establish governance for security, compliance, risk management, and audit requirements.
• Lead adoption of AI‑enabled capabilities, automation solutions, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP consulting, management or enterprise applications.
• Proven success leading ERP implementations, integrations, upgrades and optimization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, governance and strategic planning capabilities.
