Business Analyst – Financial Services Transformation

About the role

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Business Consulting practice in Doha, Qatar. You will work with consultants and financial services professionals to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions and support large‑scale transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, document and validate business and functional requirements.
• Map current and future‑state processes, identify improvement opportunities and support the design of client‑focused solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions to align needs with project objectives.
• Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, including solution validation, user acceptance testing, change management and implementation.
• Leverage approved AI tools and automation where appropriate, ensuring outputs are reviewed and aligned with responsible AI guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, consulting or a related transformation environment.
• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, requirements management, process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to work across business and technology teams and translate complex requirements into clear deliverables.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Curiosity about AI‑enabled ways of working and awareness of responsible AI practices.
