About the role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage to join Raffles & Fairmont Doha. In this senior position you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Food & Beverage division, ensuring the brands’ luxury standards are upheld across all outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Support the overall Food & Beverage vision, commercial strategy and luxury positioning of both Raffles and Fairmont brands.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence for all F&B outlets and services.
- Lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring service quality, cost control and compliance with brand standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior Food & Beverage management within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
- Ability to align operational activities with commercial objectives.
