About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by delivering a wide range of food and beverage services. This role involves setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, serve guests, and interact with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies, and manage menu information.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
