Field Operator - Gas/DR Water Treatment

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Field Operator for gas and desalination (DR) water treatment operations in Doha. The role covers operating and monitoring water treatment plants, gas supply systems, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers and related equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water treatment plants, gas supply systems, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers and related equipment.
• Monitor and record equipment readings, utility consumption, water quality and chemical dosing.
• Perform routine inspections, equipment changeovers, pipeline leak checks and scheduled maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment faults and process abnormalities.
• Conduct shift handovers and ensure compliance with work permits and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in water treatment, DR plants, gas stations or utility systems.
• Knowledge of natural gas, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, compressed air and cooling water systems.
• Understanding of water chemistry, industrial equipment and P&ID drawings.
• Basic computer skills and good English communication.
• Strong teamwork, safety awareness and ability to work under pressure.
