Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist supports the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities. The role ensures accurate analysis, timely reporting and effective coordination with business units to enable informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver management reports tailored to business unit needs, including financial and non‑financial KPIs, ratios, trend analysis and budget comparisons.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets, forecasts and prior‑year results and present findings to management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the creation of variance and performance analysis reports and special analytical reports on emerging business trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automate reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams, business units, auditors and external consultants to gather requirements and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting or management reporting within a large or complex organization.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with financial planning and reporting systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
