About the role

We are seeking a polished Waiter/Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at a luxury hotel in Doha. The role involves delivering an impeccable fine‑dining experience to discerning guests, ensuring every service moment is executed with precision and elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and wine or cocktail pairings.
• Execute formal service techniques, including synchronized table drops, serving from the left and clearing from the right.
• Read the table and tailor service style to the occasion, anticipating guest needs discreetly.
• Upsell premium items, guide guests through tasting menus, and recommend appropriate beverages.
• Communicate special dietary requests and pacing needs clearly with the kitchen and expo.
• Ensure all silverware, glassware, and porcelain are spotless and perfectly arranged.

Required profile

• Proven experience in upscale or Michelin‑starred fine‑dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of fine wines, premium ingredients and classic culinary terminology.
• Immaculate personal grooming and adherence to uniform standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
