Firefighting Technician and Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking experienced Firefighting Technicians and a Firefighting Supervisor for multiple vacancies in Doha, Qatar. The positions involve maintaining and troubleshooting fire protection systems across various facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in firefighting systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Interpret technical drawings and system layouts to guide maintenance activities.
• Supervise and lead technical teams (for the Supervisor role), coordinating daily tasks and ensuring quality work.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in fire protection or firefighting systems.
• Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance is advantageous.
• Familiarity with NFPA guidelines and QCDD regulations is a plus.
• Supervisor candidates must have prior experience leading technical teams.
