FM Operator – Facilities Management

About the role

We are seeking experienced FM Operators to support a large‑scale Facilities Management project in Qatar, ensuring reliable operation of building electromechanical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor building electromechanical systems and equipment.
• Monitor BMS, identify alarms, faults and abnormal conditions.
• Support HVAC, mechanical, electrical and cooling systems.
• Record equipment readings and maintain operational logs.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for fault resolution.
• Follow HSE procedures, operational standards and preventive maintenance requirements.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in large facilities.
• Previous experience as Plant Operator, FM Operator, BMS Operator or similar.
• Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, HVAC/cooling and electromechanical systems.
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
• Must be currently based in Qatar.
