Food & Beverage Outlet General Manager

About the role

As the Food & Beverage Outlet General Manager you will lead the daily operations of the outlet, creating memorable moments for guests while inspiring and developing your team. You will ensure operational excellence and deliver exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operation of the F&B outlet, maintaining high standards of food, beverage, service, hygiene and presentation while complying with hotel policies and health‑safety regulations.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team, fostering a positive working environment that reflects the unique character of the MGallery brand.
• Engage with guests, anticipate needs, handle feedback professionally and build lasting relationships.
• Monitor revenue, control operating costs, manage budgets and contribute to achieving financial targets.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu review, new product development and market trend response.
• Manage inventory, minimise waste, ensure effective stock control and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including supervisory or management roles.
• Previous experience as an F&B Outlet Manager or Restaurant Manager in a luxury or upscale hotel or standalone restaurant.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, cost control and revenue management.
• Excellent guest‑relations skills and ability to resolve concerns professionally.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
