About the role

We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team in delivering memorable dining experiences for guests at our Accor‑affiliated hotel. You will ensure high standards of service, food quality, and visual presentation while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
• Supervise daily duties and delegate tasks to maintain brand standards.
• Liaise closely with the kitchen to guarantee the highest quality and visual appeal of food.
• Monitor service delivery and address any operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a genuine passion for food and beverage.
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, leading by example.
