Forex Country Manager – Qatar

About the role

The Forex Country Manager will lead DB Investing’s expansion in Qatar, shaping market strategy, driving sales, and building a high‑performing local team. This senior position requires deep industry knowledge, a strong network of Introducing Brokers, and the ability to meet ambitious revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market‑entry and growth strategies for DB Investing in Qatar.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire high‑net‑worth and institutional clients, and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and other strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulatory requirements.
• Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in a senior role with a forex broker.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue generation.
• Strong network of clients and IBs in the Middle East.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Based in Qatar and able to work onsite.
