Fragrance Sales Specialist

About the role

Join Harding+ as a Fragrance Sales Specialist and bring your fragrance expertise to guests aboard cruise ships worldwide. You will create memorable scent experiences, guide guests in selecting personal fragrances, and contribute to a vibrant boutique environment at sea.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce guests to new launches, hero fragrances, gifting options and promotions, using knowledge of notes and brand stories.
• Offer testers, encourage product trials, and create engaging moments that drive sales.
• Support onboard events, seminars and promotional activities to build excitement and maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain displays, replenish stock, and refresh product knowledge during quieter periods.

Required profile

• Experience selling fragrance, beauty or premium retail products (minimum 12 months).
• Strong face‑to‑face sales skills with a natural, customer‑focused approach.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Resilience and flexibility in a busy, changeable environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Good physical fitness for an active day‑to‑day role.
