About the role

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent for Dhiafatina – The Airport Hotel in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering professional, customer‑focused service and ensuring a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests, handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, and escort them to their rooms.
  • Manage reservations, registrations, and respond to guest requests and complaints.
  • Provide information on room rates, facilities, and hotel services.
  • Balance guest payments at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain accurate records using the hotel’s computer systems.

Required profile

  • Minimum high school qualification.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Willingness to work shifts and a pleasing personality.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with computer applications.
  • Knowledge of the Opera property management system (advantage).
