About the role
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests, delivering a memorable and seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will act as a Guest Experience Expert, guiding guests through their stay, handling operational tasks, and showcasing local highlights.
Key responsibilities
- Perform smooth check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues.
- Process operational needs, complete daily reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide information about the property, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming front‑desk environment.
- Stand, walk, and move throughout the lobby, handling items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to work full‑time on an onsite basis.
