General Manager – Fitness Center

About the role

GymNation is launching its first location in Qatar and seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the gym’s daily operations, sales, and member experience. You will be the key driver of growth, ensuring the facility runs smoothly while delivering a welcoming, inclusive environment for all members.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all sales activities, set targets, and develop strategies to increase membership.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and process optimisation.
• Implement marketing initiatives to promote the gym and attract new members.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics to improve performance.
• Engage with members, address feedback, and foster a positive community atmosphere.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Background in operations management, budget control, and process optimisation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and act on KPI data.
