General Manager – Hospitality & Fine Dining Restaurant Group

About the role

The Fine Dining Restaurant Group in Qatar is looking for an experienced General Manager to steer the next phase of growth and transformation across multiple restaurant brands. You will be accountable for overall business performance, profitability, and expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue, profit and growth targets for the entire restaurant portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, market share and brand positioning.
• Drive new restaurant openings, market development and franchise opportunities.
• Build and optimise organisational structures, reporting systems, policies and governance frameworks.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost‑control and financial performance.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Lead senior management teams and ensure alignment across business units.
• Define and monitor KPIs for operations, finance, customer experience and HR.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, food‑safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with owners and executive stakeholders on long‑term objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant groups or food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Proven GCC experience, preferably in Qatar.
• Successful track record managing multiple restaurant outlets and large teams.
• Experience in restaurant launches, business expansion and franchise development.
• Strong commercial, financial and operational management capabilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
