General Manager – Hospitality & Fine Dining Restaurant Group

About the role

The Fine Dining Restaurant Group in Qatar is looking for an experienced General Manager to drive the next phase of growth and transformation across its multiple restaurant brands. You will be accountable for overall business performance, profitability, and expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue, profitability and growth targets for the entire restaurant portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, market share and brand positioning.
• Oversee new restaurant openings, market development and franchise opportunities.
• Build organisational structures, reporting systems, policies and governance frameworks.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and cost‑control initiatives.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Lead senior management teams and ensure alignment across business units.
• Define and monitor KPIs for operations, finance, customer experience and HR.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, food safety and quality standards.
• Support franchise development, operational standards and scalability planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant groups or F&B operations.
• Proven experience in the GCC region.
• Successful track record managing multiple restaurant outlets and large teams.
• Experience in restaurant launches, business expansion and growth projects.
• Strong commercial, financial and operational management capabilities.
• Experience in organisational restructuring, performance improvement and franchise development (highly desirable).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
