About the role
Hamadis is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead its headquarters in Doha, overseeing all departments and ensuring compliance with Qatari regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate production, branding, accounting, sales, and boutique operations.
- Supervise department heads, monitor performance and productivity.
- Handle administration and liaise with Qatari authorities for licensing and regulatory matters.
- Monitor financial reporting, budgets, and business objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general management or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari laws, labour regulations, and government procedures.
- Proven ability to supervise multiple departments and manage employees.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English preferred; must be based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
