About the role

Our Guest Experience Experts create memorable stays by guiding guests through every step of their visit. You will be empowered to move throughout the property, address requests, and deliver personalized service that reflects the Le Méridien spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide local area highlights.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
