About the role
The Guest Experience Expert – Living Room Ambassador creates memorable, personalized experiences for hotel guests from arrival to departure. Working across the property, you will proactively guide guests, respond to requests, and showcase local highlights, ensuring every interaction feels part of the overall stay.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services throughout the stay, including check‑in, check‑out, and on‑site assistance.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Move freely around the property, carrying out tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 lb and providing local area information.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- No prior hospitality experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb for extended periods.
