About the role
As a Guest Experience Expert you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable moments from check‑in through check‑out. You will work in a dynamic environment at a W Hotels property in Doha, delivering personalized service and ensuring a seamless stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently.
- Respond to guest requests, resolve issues, and provide local area information.
- Process operational tasks, complete reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Move throughout the property to assist guests, handling items up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Uphold safety standards, company policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift light objects for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
