Guest Relations Associate

About the role

The Guest Relations Associate ensures seamless communication of guest preferences and requests across all departments, delivering personalized luxury experiences for Rosewood Doha guests.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, update and distribute guest preference information via Opera PMS and other channels before arrival.
• Contact guests through Glowing, phone, email or in‑person within the day of a query.
• Maintain accurate guest and company profiles, record challenges, and ensure follow‑up.
• Pre‑call transient guests, assemble VIP profiles, and monitor birthdays for personalized greetings.
• Coordinate welcome amenities, special room decorations, and VIP room inspections.
• Escort arriving guests to rooms, handle lobby coverage, and act as a lobby host.
• Report guest complaints promptly and participate in daily briefings and meetings.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to record and track guest information accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with guests and internal teams.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
• Experience using Glowing or similar guest communication platforms.
