Guest Services Agent – Front Office

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Doha is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join its Front Office team. The role involves delivering exceptional service to guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure. You will work in a dynamic, luxury‑focused environment that values integrity, teamwork, and a growth mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, check‑in, and escort guests promptly to their rooms.
• Address special guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles.
• Handle cash drawer according to the MODOH Controller's Policy and perform cash float checks at shift start and end.
• Provide courteous service during check‑in, check‑out and throughout the guest’s experience.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service to fulfil guest requests.
• Prepare cash‑out, adjustment slips, vouchers and bank count reports, and communicate with Night Duty Manager and Accounting.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic, passionate, sociable and organised.
• Minimum 1 year of Front Office experience and at least 2 years in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office products and hotel management system (HMS).
