Head of Cabin Crew Experience & Culture

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, people‑focused leader to shape employee engagement, culture, recognition, wellbeing and communication for one of the world’s largest and most diverse cabin crew populations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Cabin Services Employee Engagement & Culture Strategy aligned with Qatar Airways values.
• Build sustainable engagement frameworks to boost motivation, commitment and organisational pride.
• Monitor engagement trends, set measurable objectives and drive improvement initiatives.
• Champion an inclusive, high‑performance culture focused on safety, customer excellence and collaboration.
• Lead employee experience programmes across the cabin crew lifecycle, from onboarding to wellbeing, recognition and retention.
• Partner with HR and operational leaders to identify engagement opportunities and address pain points.
• Design and deliver communication strategies that enhance leadership visibility and two‑way engagement.
• Manage recognition, awards, wellbeing and community‑building initiatives to foster belonging.
• Establish employee listening channels, analyse feedback and implement action plans to improve culture and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, culture, organisational development or communications.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale workforce engagement and culture transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
