Head of Digital

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Digital to steer our organization’s digital transformation agenda. You will be responsible for overseeing critical digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences, and delivering innovative technology solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s digital strategy and roadmap.
• Lead development, enhancement, and governance of digital platforms, CRM systems, dashboards, and digital tools.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage digital projects, vendors, budgets, performance metrics, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities.
• Build and lead a high‑performing digital team.
• Establish digital governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor project delivery, KPIs, risks, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Oversee platform enhancement, release management, testing, and quality assurance.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation, digital platforms, or technology‑driven initiatives.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven track record leading digital teams and managing external technology vendors.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
