Health & Safety Administrator – Restaurants

About the role

We are seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to support two leading restaurant concepts in Doha. The role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who is passionate about maintaining top food safety and compliance standards in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain food safety and hygiene records in line with MoPH, HACCP and ISO 22000 requirements.
• Monitor cold storage, dry stores and inventory through routine compliance checks.
• Manage cleaning schedules, sanitation records and operational checklists.
• Maintain documentation for fire safety, PPE, first aid and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Coordinate with external suppliers such as pest control, waste management and equipment service providers.
• Prepare daily and weekly compliance reports for the management team.
• Support the Head Chef and Operations team to keep kitchens audit‑ready and fully compliant with local regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Food Science, Facility Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years experience in a Health & Safety, Hygiene or Quality Assurance support role within hospitality or F&B.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health regulations and health & safety legislation.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and confidence managing documentation and compliance records.
• HACCP, Food Safety or First Aid certifications are advantageous.
