High Voltage Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced High Voltage (HV) Site Supervisor to lead the execution of HV substation projects. The role involves overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HV equipment and GIS, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site activities for HV substations, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HV equipment and GIS.
• Coordinate and direct site crews and subcontractors, monitoring progress and ensuring workmanship meets project and Kahramaa standards.
• Review method statements, inspection reports, and work progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions.
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact, communicating technical updates to customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical projects, with strong background in HV substations and site execution.
• Proven supervision experience for installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HV equipment and GIS.
• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
