About the role
We are looking for a freelance hospitality mystery shopper to evaluate customer service and cash handling at hotels or restaurants in Doha. You will act as a regular guest, purchase a designated product or service, and provide a detailed report of your experience.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned outlets or hotels and purchase the specified product or service.
- Observe and record staff behavior, product knowledge, and cash transaction processes.
- Document names of staff members, time of interaction, and any notable observations.
- Submit a comprehensive report within 24 hours of the visit.
- Perform assignments during weekends or after regular office hours as required.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is optional.
- Strong attention to detail for recording observations.
- Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Availability via email or phone when needed.
