About the role
Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions and are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They ensure guest requests are fulfilled, carts are stocked, and rooms and public areas are spotless, creating memorable experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces to high standards.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
- Uphold confidentiality and quality standards at all times.
- Maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks.
- Commitment to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
- Professional demeanor, including appropriate uniform and communication.
