Housekeeping Attendant – Full Time

About the role

Beach Rotana is looking for a passionate, guest‑focused Housekeeping Attendant to join its team in Doha. You will deliver exceptional cleanliness and service standards while supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive work assignments, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log accurately.
• Clean rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, floors and polishing brass or metal.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies and arrange guest toiletries neatly.
• Keep fire exits and stairways clear of obstructions.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately.
• Pick up litter from corridors and pathways, keep guest corridors, service pantries and service areas tidy.
• Remove room‑service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.
• Inform valet service to collect guests’ clothes for laundry, dry‑cleaning or pressing.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping (preferred).
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Friendly, caring, dedicated with strong cross‑cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to put in extra effort when required.
