About the role
The Iconic Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to take ownership of guest rooms and make sure guests receive a clean, comfortable space and a memorable stay. The hotel offers 378 guest rooms, all-inclusive food and beverage and entertainment programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all assigned guest rooms to standard.
- Add a personalized touch to the guest experience.
- Protect guests' privacy and belongings while delivering exceptional service.
- Prepare the trolley with a proper stock of guest amenities, cleaning supplies, mini-bar items and clean linen before starting work.
- Supervise the end-of-day closing of the service area, making sure equipment is put away safely and nothing hazardous is left behind.
Required profile
- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
