Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper to ensure smooth daily operations of the housekeeping department at a leading Doha hotel. You will lead a team, assign duties, and maintain high standards of cleanliness while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assign daily housekeeping tasks to team members and monitor completion.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in planning and coordinating departmental activities.
- Develop and coach staff to improve performance and service quality.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to address guest needs promptly.
Required profile
- Proven supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping environment.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align actions with organisational goals.
- Strong presentation, organisational and communication skills.
- High self‑awareness with a demonstrated commitment to personal improvement.
