HR Coordinator – Casual Labour & Outsourcing

About the role

Kempinski is looking for an organized, proactive and detail-driven HR Coordinator to manage the end-to-end administration and operational logistics of its Casual Labor and Outsourced Workforce in Doha. The role acts as the key operational bridge between hotel operating departments (F&B, Banqueting, Culinary, Housekeeping, Stewarding) and outsourced labor agencies, ensuring full legal compliance, accurate timekeeping and seamless staffing coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline daily requests, deployment and tracking of casual and outsourced labor across all operational departments.
• Maintain daily coordination with third-party labor agencies on shift requirements, attendance confirmations and rate agreements.
• Coordinate onboarding, grooming checks, security badge issuance and basic property inductions for temporary and casual staff.
• Monitor daily timekeeping, biometric punch logs and timesheet validation, cross-checked with department head approval.
• Verify casual labor billing by cross-checking timesheets against supplier invoices, then submit to Finance.
• Ensure third-party personnel comply with Qatar Labor Law, hotel health and safety standards, hygiene protocols and Kempinski grooming guidelines.
• Maintain a tracking database of outsourced personnel documents, including valid Qatar IDs, health certificates and food handler cards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-volume hospitality setting in the GCC/Qatar.
• Prior experience managing outsourced workforce operations, casual labor logistics or HR timekeeping/payroll administration strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Qatar Labor Law on outsourced and temporary staffing.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with integrity and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data reconciliation).
• Familiarity with HR information systems and time-attendance software.
