HR Intern

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for HR interns in Doha who will work closely with the HR team on various projects and tasks. The intern develops a broad understanding of HR functions in a professional setting, supports the HR Business Partner (HRBP) with recruitment and candidate follow-up, and manages the company's social media channels so they reflect the business objectives and align with employees and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HRBP in preparing job advertisements and posting them on all social media platforms
• Respond to comments and messages on job advertisements
• Organize CVs according to the required designation
• Assist the HRBP in contacting candidates by phone, in person and on site
• Help with post-hiring procedures and communicate processes and developments to hired candidates
• Coordinate with the Administration department when needed to support employees

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management Studies, Humanities, Social Sciences or another field; others preferred
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good listening skills and professionalism
