About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist or Senior HR Officer to oversee daily HR operations, recruitment, documentation, and coordination across the organization. The role requires strong communication in English and the ability to manage employee records and support payroll processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
- Support recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, onboarding, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Assist with payroll preparation and coordination with finance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Prepare regular HR reports and ensure data accuracy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in HR operations or manpower management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using HRMS platforms (preferred).
