Human Resources Manager – Doha

About the role

As the Human Resources Manager for a luxury hotel property in West Bay, Doha, you will lead the HR function to deliver services that support employee success and business objectives while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including job fairs, external sourcing, candidate selection, and vendor advertising.
• Administer employee benefits and handle unemployment claims, preparing reports and representing the property at hearings.
• Oversee employee development through orientation, cross‑training, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Maintain employee relations by facilitating communication, handling discipline documentation, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Ensure legal and compliance practices, including proper employee file management, safety policy communication, workers’ compensation, and drug‑testing procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with 3 years HR or related experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Human Resources/Business Administration with 1 year relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment, benefits administration, employee development, relations, and compliance within a hospitality environment.
