Information Technology Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Analyst / Analyst Programmer with a strong combination of Business Analysis, application development, and technical delivery experience. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional and technical solutions, and supporting the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements directly with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Work closely with Project Managers, developers, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Design, develop, configure, install, and maintain business applications.
• Support SIT/UAT, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
• Perform impact analysis and coordinate application enhancements and releases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience, with 2–4 years in application design/development/configuration.
• Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on programming/development or application configuration experience.
• Good understanding of both business and technical requirements.
• Strong SQL/application troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
