Kids for All Seasons Attendant

About the role

Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar in Doha is hiring a Kids for All Seasons (KFAS) Attendant. The role supervises children in the kids club, plans and runs age-appropriate activities and keeps the facility safe, clean and well stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise children at all times and monitor and assist with all children's activities
• Develop and implement activities and programs consistent with the child's development, including daily scheduled programs for guests aged 5 to 12
• Plan and design kids' birthday packages and events such as Easter and Christmas
• Inventories toys, games and other items, and ensures all toys and objects are safe and clean
• Prepare the KFAS facility daily to handle a minimum of 5 children, with backup plans for changes in schedule, weather or number of children
• Arrange food from In Villa Dining as requested by guests and assist with service
• Provide orientation of the KFAS facility, and of the Spa and wellness center when available
• Promote and upsell excursions tailored to guest needs, and act as a Wellness agent, Kid's Club or Fitness Attendant as needed
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and share information with the team in weekly staff meetings
• Build rapport with guests and residents and answer their questions about the resort

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in an international, luxury five-star hotel
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work within the hotel's policies and procedures
